DBHS celebrated the lives of departed loved ones Nov 1 & 2 in honor of Dia De Los Muertos in our multipurpose room. Students and staff had a chance to see ofrenda displays, write memories of a departed loved ones on our “Trees of Life”, listen to music, and have their faces painted. Teachers Rosa Romero and Brenda Zavala created the decorations. Club HOPE advisors (Amanda Avina, Ces’Ari Del Muro, Gizelle Hernandez) for their support and collaboration. Club HOPE’s participated with the tree of life and face painting.
