Through Aeries, users can view:

• Class assignments and grades
• Overall course grades
• Transcripts
• State test scores
• Attendance records
• Additional student information

Access to the Aeries Portal is an important tool for staying informed and supporting student success at Diamond Bar High School. Information on accessing Aeries is typically provided during registration appointments.

Student Access
Students may access Aeries using their school Google account — no verification code is required.

To sign in:
• Use your school Google email: studentID#@stu.wvusd.org
• Enter your school Google password
• Select “Sign in with Google” on the Aeries Portal login page

Parent / Guardian Access
Parents and guardians may create their own Aeries Portal accounts to monitor their student’s academic progress and school information. A VPC verification code may be required to create a parent account. If you need a verification code or assistance setting up or accessing a parent account, please contact the Technology Coordinator.

Important Note on Mobile Apps
Some families choose to use third-party mobile apps to access Aeries. While these apps may work at times, they are not officially supported and may function inconsistently. Because the district does not receive support or updates from the app developers, these apps are not endorsed. For the most reliable experience, families should use the official Aeries web portal or district-supported access methods.
