Freshman Orientation

Dear Parents/Guardians of incoming 9th Grade students,

We would like to invite our newest Brahmas, the graduating Class of 2015, to an unforgettable freshmen orientation to be held on Friday, August 19, 2011. This is your students opportunity to familiarize themselves with the campus, staff and traditions of Diamond Bar High School in a fun, safe, and welcoming environment. Each student will be grouped with their peers, as well as a trained group of upperclassmen. These upperclassmen are members of Link Crew, a club on campus dedicated to welcoming and mentoring our Freshmen class. Link Crew members have worked hard to put on this valuable and memorable event to welcome the Class of 2015! There will also be plenty of staff members involved in orientation to ensure the safety of each of our students.

Please drop off your students at 8am at the DBHS gym. The orientation will conclude at 12 noon.  They don’t need to bring anything, except a readiness to meet their new classmates and a positive attitude.  We will take care of the rest.
