DEADLINE: Cal Grant Verification Forms

Cal Grant GPA Verification Forms..Cal Grant GPA Verification forms are now available in the

Guidance Office. Seniors interested in filing a Cal Grant Verification form should pick up the form in

Guidance, fill out the “Student Section” and turn into Mrs. Taylor. It will take 2 days for Guidance to

complete the “School Section” of the form. Completed forms must be pick up by the student and

postmarked no later than March 2, 2012. (Taylor)

Verification forms must be submitted to Mrs. Taylor no later than Feb. 29, 2011.
