Commencement exercises will begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Admission is by ticket only. Seniors will be asked to arrive no later than 5:30 PM. Students are to report to the gym and subject to search and should be dressed in semi-formal attire. The graduation tassel is worn draped over the left front quarter of the cap. Only 2019 Graduates will be allowed in the Gym.
REPORT TO THE GYM- 5:30pm
Graduates should bring: Cap/Gown, Keys, I.D.
Please bring I.D. to receive diploma at the end of the ceremony. Graduates Should NOT bring: Cell Phone, Cameras, Electronic Devices, Purse, Handbag, Backpack.
DO NOT DECORATE CAP/GOWN
LADIES – DO NOT WEAR HIGH HEALED SHOES!!!!
Distribution of Diplomas – May 30th
Diplomas may be picked up on the north/west side of the football field at the end of the commencement exercises. Bring I.D.
Graduation Tickets
Every senior will be given 3 free tickets during one of the mandatory Graduation rehearsals. Extra graduation tickets will be available April 29, in USB. They are $10.00 each. They can also be purchased at the gate at the commencement exercises.
Transcript Requests
Seniors who need to send final transcripts to their college/university must do so through www.parchment.com. Final transcripts will not be sent until June 17, 2019. If you have any questions regarding this message, please contact the Registrar’s office at 909-594-1405 ext. 33109.
