Shooting involving a deaf mute with psychological problems and a sheriff's deputy dispatched to a call of a man acting strange and suspicious on railroad tracks by numerous citizens. When confronted the man pulled what the deputy thought was a gun from his back pocket and the deputy fired one shot killing the man instantly. The object turned out to be a black wallet containing a card that indicated he was a deaf mute.
