Thursday, April 14, 2022, L.A.’s MUSIC CENTER announced Brahma senior ANDREW SHI as one of two Spotlight Grand Prize Finalists in Classical Instrumental Music. The finalists were selected form a group of 16 semi-finalists. This year, more than 1,300 teens representing more than 256 schools, 181 cities and 8 counties auditioned for the prestigious program. #brahmabuilt

As a GRAND PRIZE FINALIST, Andrew has won scholarship money and will perform at the Music Center’s Ahmanson Theatre Wednesday, June 15, 2022. The program will feature phenomenal performances by the 14 Spotlight Grand Prize Finalists from different categories, including acting, jazz instrumental, dance, classical instrumental, non-classical instrumental, classical voice and ballet.
