Congratulations to the Varsity Boys Golf Team! Thursday, March 6, the team won the Ontario Christian High School Tournament. Our players dominated the field, with the closest team, Ontario Christian, 11 strokes away.
Dean Sakata won the tournament at El Prado, shooting a 1 under par 71. Sahith Theegala shot a 73. Senior Captain Darren Wijaya won his flight, shooting a 77. Juniors Sean Hsu and Jimmy Zhu placed in their respective flights, shooting a 79 and 81 respectfully.
It was a great week. They won two tournaments and beat Villa Park by one stroke at Green River on Wednesday, March 5. Sahith Theegala shot a 3 under 33 to lead the way for the Brahmas.
