The California Scholarship Federation, CSF, is a distinguished club on campus, that emphasizes high standards in academic scholarship, community service, and citizenship for high schools students. The motto, "Scholarship for Service", is exemplified through volunteerism in the community.  The club is not only opened to juniors and seniors, but also to second semester sophomores. Students will be recognized for their achievements by becoming a Seal Bearers (CSF Life Members) or Gold Cord Recipients.

To become Seal Bearers (CSF Life Members), students are required to have a minimum of 4 semesters of CSF membership (out of their last six semesters). Membership is based on sophomore, junior, and senior grades only. At least one semester of membership must be based on senior grades.

To become a Gold Sash Recipient, students must meet the requirements for Seal Bearers and complete a minimum of 16 hours of service each semester of membership that qualifies them to be Seal Bearers. They must also turn in point sheets on time at the end of each semester.
