Model United Nations is an academic simulation of the United Nations that aims to educate participants about civics, current events, effective communication, globalization and multilateral diplomacy. Students take on roles as diplomats from a certain country, research that country, investigate international issues, debate, deliberate, consult, and then develop solutions to world problems. We compete at conferences at UCLA, UCI, Capistrano High School, Cerritos High School, Diamond Bar High School, as well as a Tri-Conference with Rowland and Walnut High Schools.
