Dear Diamond Bar High School Community,
I am honored and excited to introduce myself as the new Principal of Diamond Bar High School. Returning to Diamond Bar High School is especially meaningful because I am a proud member of the Class of 2003. The education, support, and opportunities I received here helped shape who I am today, and I am incredibly grateful for the experiences that prepared me for this role. It is both a privilege and a full-circle moment to return home and serve the school and community that means so much to me.
My connection to Walnut Valley Unified School District is also deeply personal. My son is a student in our district, and our family is grateful to be part of this outstanding educational community. Like many of you, I experience our schools through the eyes of a parent, and I understand the trust families place in us each day. It is my hope that one day my son will proudly continue our family's legacy by walking across the stage as a Diamond Bar High School graduate.
Our students are so inspiring and continue to amaze me. They are talented, resilient, compassionate, and driven. Whether they are excelling in the classroom, performing in the arts, competing in athletics, serving through clubs and organizations, or making a positive impact in our community, our students continue to demonstrate what it means to be a Brahma, and I continue to enjoy my front row seat to all of their growth and success!
Diamond Bar High School’s long tradition of excellence is made possible by the remarkable people who make up our Brahma family. As a former Brahma Teacher, Assistant Principal, and now, Principal, I have seen firsthand the unwavering commitment, dedication, and passion that our teachers, counselors, classified staff, and administrators. display in everything they do.
I am humbled and honored to work alongside such outstanding educators, staff members, students, and families. Together, we will continue to build upon the strong foundation that has been established while embracing new opportunities for growth and innovation. My commitment is to ensure that every student feels welcomed, supported, challenged, and empowered to reach their full potential.
I look forward to partnering with all of you, our families and community, as we continue to uphold our tradition of excellence. I am excited for the year ahead and grateful for the opportunity to serve the Diamond Bar High School community.
Once a Brahma, always a Brahma,
Courtney (Breidinger) Corona, Ed.D.
