The Aeries Portal phone app is not officially supported by the district. Use it at your own discretion. If the Aeries App is not working, we recommend using a web browser to access the AERIES PORTAL.

In our effort to give you the most up-to-date information about your child’s progress, Diamond Bar High School, along with the Walnut Valley Unified School District, maintains Aeries Portal. Aeries Portal allows parents and students access to live student attendance data, current grades and other information in the student's record.
If you had an Aeries Portal account at Chaparral or South Pointe last year, do not create a new account. Please use the account you created last year. Your account will automatically start displaying Diamond Bar High School sometime in June.
Newly enrolled students automatically have an Aeries Portal account created for them. On the Aeries log in screen (https://walnutvalleyusd.aeries.net/), enter your school Google account [email protected] and then click "Sign in with Google". It might take 24 hours to process you into the school’s system for you to get access to Google / Gmail once you enroll and we create a Student ID for you in the Aeries system. You will use the Google Sign-in Button to access Aeries.
If the school has the parent’s email account on record, the parent only needs to click CREATE NEW ACCOUNT on the log in screen and follow the steps without further special information. In some cases, parents may need their verification code (available from technology coordinator Mr. Wai, your grade level coordinator, or registrar Mrs. Myoung Mingie Han), your #1 child's permanent ID number (found on their ID card), the #2 student's home phone number that we have on record and #3 your individual e-mail address.
When you sign up for an account, you will be asked if you are a parent or a student. Both parents and students have access to the same information. It is important to select the correct response so that our records properly reflect student and parent e-mail addresses.
