Aeries Portal allows parents and students access to live student attendance data, current grades and other information in the student's record.

Students

If you had an Aeries Portal account at Chaparral or South Pointe last year, do not create a new account. Please use the account you created last year. Your account will automatically start displaying Diamond Bar High School sometime in June.

Newly enrolled students automatically have an Aeries Portal account created for them. On the Aeries log in screen (https://walnutvalleyusd.aeries.net/), enter your school Google account [email protected] and then click "Sign in with Google". It might take 24 hours to process you into the school’s system for you to get access to Google / Gmail once you enroll and we create a Student ID for you in the Aeries system. You will use the Google Sign-in Button to access Aeries.

Parents

If your email address is already on file with the school, simply click Forgot Password on the Aeries login page and follow the prompts. If Aeries asks for a Verification Code, you do not need one to activate your account. Instead, email the Registrar (Myoung Mingie Han) or Technology Coordinator (Jeremiah Wai), to verify that the parent email address submitted during Registration is on file and enabled for Aeries. You most likely do not need to select Create New Account because you provided your email address to the school during Registration.
When signing in or creating an account, Aeries will ask whether you are a Parent or Student. While both account types provide access to the same student information, it is important to select the correct account type so that the school's records accurately associate email addresses with parents and students.

AERIES Portal Phone App

The Aeries Portal phone app is not officially supported by the district. Use it at your own discretion. If the Aeries App is not working, we recommend using a web browser to access the AERIES PORTAL.

Student Data Confirmation
For the Student Data Confirmation process, parents must sign in using their parent Aeries account in a web browser. The Aeries Mobile App does not provide access to the Student Data Confirmation pages. https://walnutvalleyusd.aeries.net/student/ParentDataConfirmation.aspx
