  The Wellness Wednesday group is hosting a virtual 5K next Wednesday, Veterans Day, 11/11 at 11:11 am! Wear red, white and blue in honor of our veterans or Brahma purple and run or walk on the zoom link below. You can jog in place in front of your camera, hold out your phone during a run, or jog six feet away from a buddy and record each other. This isn’t really a race so much as a fun community event where runners and walkers will be spotlighted as inspirational running music is played for the 30 minute race, and anyone viewing will be able to just watch the runners.
