  Wednesday, November 28, The Wellness Center’s TED-inspired talks returned to the Diamond Bar High School stage after last year’s teacher attendees were in total agreement that the event should continue.
  
  Approximately 80 students auditioned and 18 were selected to express their personal message on mental wellness. In the upcoming days, each of the talks presented that day will be posted on Facebook, YouTube and dbhs.org.

• 11:36 Alum Constructs Flying Car Featured

  While a student at Diamond Bar High, DBHS alum Alan Zhang (Class of 2022) started our DRONESCAPE club and made many of the first aerial flyover videos of our site. He also had a passion for racing drones, 3D printing and video production.
  
  For many years, Alan has had a vision of creating a drone capable of lifting a person. While at DBHS, he led other students in designing, building and fundraising for a human size drone. Now a student at UC Berkeley, he has continued pursuing this goal.
