Uploaded May 27, 2022Congratulations to sophomore Courtney Chan for winning The University of California's High School Summer Institute in Law Instagram Contest. Using video, contestants were told to express their thoughts and ideas on how this program could help them grow as they prep for college or consider a career in law.
She was awarded a $500 gift card for herself. In addition to her prize, she also won a $500 Visa gift card that she could donate to her school or club/organization.
She requested to donate as follows:
$200 to Distributive Education Clubs of America (DECA)
$200 to Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA)
$100 to National Honor Society (NHS)

Uploaded Aug 23, 2019Tuesday, November 28, our Diamond Bar High School Wellness Center hosted its first TEDx event. TEDx events are produced independently of TED conferences, each event curates speakers on their own, but based on TED's format and rules. Sixty-five DBHS students auditioned before a panel of staff members. Nineteen were chosen as speakers who shared their ideas with English classes in our theater. Over the next several days, their presentations will be posted on this page.
