Haily Shi Featured In Inspirational Video
Featured
It's My Life! Diamond Bar High School 2018 grad Hailey Shi, an award-winning artist, is featured in Camfel Productions nationwide school assemblies. We are proud that Hailey was selected to share her story about pursuing art as a career. Hailey was videotaped several days last spring in Coleen Gee’s studio art class, at home, and at different locations on campus. She is now attending Columbia University. “If you have a passion that you think will make you happy, then you should continue to pursue that, instead of listening to what other people think,” Hailey said.
Uploaded Sep 13, 2018The week of November 8, 2021, DBHS senior Andrew Shi was highlighted in FROM THE TOP's Daily Joy segment. FROM THE TOP is a non-profit organization dedicated to celebrating the stories, talents, and character of young classically-trained musicians.
FROM THE TOP - "We love when music tells an exciting story, and today’s piece does just that!
17-year-old pianist Andrew Shi is sharing a thrilling performance of “The Serpent’s Kiss” by William Bolcom. The piece features fun extended technique and illustrates the story of creation."
