Tuesday, November 28, our Diamond Bar High School Wellness Center hosted its first TEDx event. TEDx events are produced independently of TED conferences, each event curates speakers on their own, but based on TED's format and rules. Sixty-five DBHS students auditioned before a panel of staff members. Nineteen were chosen as speakers who shared their ideas with English classes in our theater.

Uploaded May 24, 2022Friday, August 30, 2019, Senior Sunrise…this morning at 5:45 seniors gathered on the football field to share the sunrise, snacks and most importantly camaraderie. Seniors ate donuts and breakfast burritos, drank coffee or hot cocoa, took pictures using different backdrops, wrote notes to their future self and enjoyed marking the beginning of their last year of high school together. It was a special morning and a great way to start the Class of 2020’s last high school year. Thank you to senior GLC’s Marc Natividad and Ginger Auten for being a part of the festivities and to Principal Dr Jones and interim assistant principal Matt Brummett for hanging out with us. The Senior Class officers and Advisers are so happy (and maybe a little sleepy).
