Write at least three paragraphs on Marcel the Shell With Shoes On 

The first paragraph should include the description of characters.  The second paragraph should include the description of the plot.  The last paragraph is your opinion on the movie and future stop motion projects you would like to make in class.

Welcome back!  Create a padlet with at least five pictures from your spring break, and captions for each image.  In using Padlet, choose the canvas option.

1. Write a synopsis of your stop motion project summarizing the exposition, plot, characters, and ending. 
2. Fill out the storyboard.  It does not need to be in color but you must include a caption for each frame.

Original Animation Reflection: What were some challenges or problems you faced?  What did you enjoy doing in the animation project?  How do you feel about your final animation project?  Are there any changes you would make if you could?  What types of projects are you looking forward to creating in animation class for the last few weeks of the semester? (i.e. color theory projects, character re-designs, etc).

11. Exaggeration: Create a 4 second animation using the principle exaggeration.  Write down the definition as provided by the video.

March Animation Review: Review an animation from weeks 9-13.  Write at least a paragraph summarizing the clip, and your opinion on the animation.  What were the strengths, and were some improvements that could have been made.

A storyboard is a graphic representation of how your animation will unfold, shot by shot. It's made up of a number of squares with illustrations or pictures representing each shot, with notes about what's going on in the scene and what's being said in the script during that shot.

1) In your groups, you will choose a history of animation topic at random to present Google slides and an approved video.  
It should be 6-10 slides, and include a drawn visual.  One slide should include your credible sources (.org, .edu, or check with Mrs. Dizon).  One slide should also include a link of a short video.    

2) One drawn visual with your era, an image, and your group member names.

August Animation Review example: 

For this month I had really enjoyed the “Your Name” music video for this month’s presentation. First is how I like the music very much, it still gives me goosebumps every time that I hear it. It is also a great movie that I watched. I like every scene in this anime movie I have to say, the lighting and the shadows of the environment, especially the bigger pictures like landscape and night, man they are good. This is why I choose to focus on this work this time due to the quality of the content.

Please get both signatures by this Friday.  Submit an image of the signature and the paper copy.  Keep the rest of the syllabus.
