MATH MADNESS
Over the past five weeks, our MATH TEAM has returned to the national online MATH MADNESS competition. The team has remained undefeated as it participated in the collaboration and qualifying rounds.
Nov 3 - Brahmas 33 vs. Brookfield Academy 25
Oct 27 – Brahmas 32 vs. Kennesaw Mountain Mustangs 21
Oct 20 – Brahmas 40 vs. Choate Rosemary Hall (Wallingford, CT) 27
Oct 13 – Brahmas 39 vs. West Nottingham Academy (Colora, MD) 11
Oct 6 – Brahmas 36 vs. Moravian Academy (Bethlehem, PA) 31
Next week begins single elimination tournament competition! Considering our success this season, we will probably be placed in the tough Division 1 bracket.

CALIFORNIA MATH LEAGUE
We are currently FIRST PLACE in our region for the California Math League. These are exams that are given once a month during lunch.
On the October exam, we had five students earn five points each for a team score of 25.
This puts us in FIRST PLACE by ourselves in our region. This region includes schools such as Pasadena Poly, La Canada and San Marino.
