In November, Diamond Bar High mathletes competed for the first time in the Rocket City Math League Interschool competition (a student run competition out of Huntsville, Alabama). Twenty-nine Brahmas participated in a collaborative round of competition, completing 15 problems in 30 minutes. Despite having to postpone our original competition date due to the power outage in November, our Brahma Math Team came in ready and finished strong! The results are in. Out of 153 teams competing, DBHS has placed 4th! Way to go Brahmas!
The competition doesn't end there. This spring our students will be competing in three Individual Rounds at 5 different math levels! Go Brahmas!
