Students in this class learn the art of directing through course readings and projects including the directing of scenes for the Winter Showcase, the directing of the Children's Theatre Play and the directing of the Spring 10 minute play festival.  Students also learn the process of playwriting and collaborate in the writing of the Children's play during Fall Semester.  They then individually write 10 minute plays for the Spring play festival.  Additionally students support the Fall Play and Spring musical through various activities.
