Congratulations to senior David Donner for winning the silver medal at the annual French Camp held in Big Bear. The immersion program is designed to give French 3 and 4 students the opportunity to use their French and learn about Francophone history and culture. High schools from Orange County participate as well. Students are evaluated by teachers at the end of camp on Sunday. Those who participated enthusiastically and spoke French constantly for the duration of the camp are awarded medals – just like the Olympics -1st place - Gold, 2nd place - Silver, and 3rd place - Bronze. Congratulations also to Diamond Bar High School French Teacher Tony Tietz for his leadership.
