Letter To Our Parents About Open House

Dear Brahma Parent,

The staff and students of Diamond Bar High School invite you to the 28th annual Open House on Thursday, March 25th, 2010.  Share our Brahma pride as we highlight our students’ achievements and skills in the arts, academics, athletics and activities.

During the evening, simultaneous events will occur all over campus.  You might choose to watch student demonstrations or view student work displays.  You may decide to observe rehearsals and workshops, or catch a pep performance.  Whatever you decide to do at Open House, we’re sure you’ll enjoy interacting with our students and staff.

We look forward to welcoming you to our campus.  Here is the evening’s schedule:

6:00 p.m.                      A Taste of Diamond Bar

Our parent organizations will be selling a variety of delectable items in the main quad.  Tickets may be purchased at the booth located by the main entrance on March 25th.  All proceeds will go to the Diamond Bar High School United Student Body.  It’s a great mixer and an even better way to start off the evening’s events!

7:05 – 7:30 p.m.            First Showcase*

 7:35 – 8:00 p.m.            Second Showcase*

 8:05 – 8:30 p.m.            Third Showcase*

*Showcase details will be provided in the evening’s program.

In addition to the various events taking place on campus, we will also have the Student Store open for your purchases.

Attached, you will find a map so that your child can trace out your route for the evening.

We are looking forward to seeing you on March 25th.  There will be plenty of food so bring the family and come for dinner.

Sincerely,
