James Powell and James McCreary  broke some long standing Sophomore track records in the League Finals meet Thursday, May 6.

Powell beat Mike Russell's (1993) 800 meter mark from 2:00.20 down to 1:59.52

McCreary edged Chris Schrum's (1983) 3200 meter mark from 9:55.90 down to 9:55.76

James Powell finished 3rd in league and qualified for CIF; whereas McCreary finished 5th in his race
