Diamond Bar High School's Varsity Wrestling team finished 5^th, out of a total of 18 teams, in a 5-way tie for 1^st place at the Downey Duals Wrestling Tournament held December 3^rd & 4^th. The varsity team defeated Dos Pueblos in the Championship round match to finish the tournament with a record of 8 wins and 1 loss. Six of the wrestlers received medals for their outstanding performances at the tournament:

Ray Sierra - 2^nd Place at 119lb

Desi Hernandez - 1^st Place 160lb

Kevin Kim - 1^st Place at 171lb

Dennis Ruan - 1^st Place at 189lb

Brian Ryu - 1^st Place at HWT
