DBHS Performing Arts Academy Oboist Jesse Hu (class of 2026), has been accepted to the prestigious NYO2!!! Outstanding young American instrumentalists form NYO2, a free orchestra program that comes together alongside the National Youth Orchestra of the United States of America (NYO-USA) each summer for intensive training and performance opportunities.

A two-week residency at SUNY Purchase College will culminate in a performance at Stern Auditorium Carnegie Hall. The program then tours the Dominican Republic, performing at the National Theater and Gran Teatro del Cibao in Santo Domingo!
