Diamond Bar Breakfast Lions invite the public to attend this free event whose contestants include four Diamond Bar High School students.

This year's topic is "Enforcing our Borders: State rights vs. Federal rights."  Contestants may take any side of the topic they choose; they are graded on their delivery.

One winner will advance to region, zone, etc. levels until the national winner is determined. Significant scholarship money is awarded at the higher levels.
