Congratulations to Brahma senior Talyah Ejan for winning the Choreography Award at the WCE Regional. Saturday, February 18, 2023, our DB Dance Co competed at the WCE Regional at Glendale High School. This event was their biggest regional of the season and, as you can imagine, the competition was fierce. Our Dance Company walked away with placements in every division (many of them 1st place) and with 3rd place overall Grand Champions. We would like to highlight senior Talyah Ejan's accomplishment in winning the Choreography Award. The competition only gave out 2 Choreography Awards for 100+ routines (many choreographed by professional dance choreographers) and our "Student Choreography" piece by senior Talyah Ejan was one of those 2 selected! Amazingly enough, this was not Talyah's first time winning this award as she also choreographed this same piece last year! We are so proud of Talyah's creativity and her ability to articulate her vision to her peers. #raisingthebar #brahmabuilt
