Senior Amanda Cheng was crowned Miss Teen Taiwan World Queen Saturday, February 5, at the Golden Dragon Parade. The parade was held in L.A.'s Chinatown. It is the 3rd largest parade in Southern California, celebrating Chinese Lunar New Year for the past 30 some years.
