Diamond Bar High senior Tim Chin is already passing along his violin expertise to the next generation. The violin virtuoso has secured a full scholarship to pursue a music degree at the University of California Los Angeles next year, but that doesn't mean his skill will be leaving the Walnut Valley Unified School District. The senior has begun leading a violin clinic at the high school for younger students after school. "There is so much talent here," Arts Academy Director Steve Acciani said.
