The badminton team took a commanding 6-0 lead and never looked back in their semi-final playoff match vs. Pasadena High.  The final score was 15-6.

Playing singles for the first time all season, Samantha Li easily defeated her two opponents.  She also paired with Joanna Lau to sweep girls doubles.  Carissa Chung and Bonnie Chan were also 2-0 in girls doubles.

Chung also went 2-0 in mixed doubles with partner Luke Chiang. 

Joanna Lau and Curtis Li were 2-0 in mixed doubles, as well.

Diamond Bar plays Mark Keppel for the championship Saturday, May 7, at 5 p.m. at Azusa HS.  Both teams are undefeated this season.
