The varsity women's golf team beat a tough Walnut team the week of October 10 to stay undefeated and clinch our 7th straight League Championship.

The girls have never lost a league match and have won 44 matches in a row over the last 3 years.  They have won the Rosary Tournament, Palm Desert Tournament and finished 2nd last week at the prestigious Knabe Cup. 

After the first round of League Individuals,  freshman Bethany Wu shot a school record and course record for high school girls, 6 under par 67 at Diamond Bar Golf Course to take an 8 stroke lead.  Kristie Yang shot a 75,  Carly Simpson 77, Valerie Wijaya 77,  Isabelle Shee 79 and Joan Park 83 to round out the scores for the Brahmas.

The top player will be the league MVP, and the top four will qualify for CIF Individuals. 

The girls play the Hacienda League Finals at Whittier Narrows Golf Course Thursday, October 20.

As a team score the Brahmas shot a 375 which is a school and course record.
