Following the success of the first WHEEL FOOD FEST, a second one will be held Saturday, April 28 at Diamond Bar High School.
Confirmed food trucks that will be on hand include the Slummin’ Gourmet, Don Chow’s Tacos, Jogasaki Sushi Burrito Truck, My Delight Cupcakery, Truck Norris, India Jones Chow Truck, Waffles de Liege, and Tropical Shave Ice. All will donate a portion of sales from the event to DBHS’ parent organizations, the Magnificent 7: Brahma Boosters, Brahma Foundation, Chinese American Parent Association (CAPA), Korean American Parent Association (KAPA), Hispanic Organization of Parents and Education (HOPE), South Asian Parent Association (SAPA), and Council of African American Parents (CAAP).
“This amazing group that represents our school’s various communities are excited to bring the gourmet food trucks back to our school and community,” said Principal Catherine Real. “We are anticipating another great event that will raise much needed funds for our school and programs.”
The fest will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 21400 E. Pathfinder Road. Admission is $2 for adults, $1 for students, and children under five are free. No outside food or drinks or animals are permitted inside.
