The 2012 badminton team raced to a 5-0 lead against the two-time defending champions from Mark Keppel. They finished the match with a convincing 15-6 score to capture the first badminton championship in school history.
The young ladies dominated in the finals for the second year in a row, completely sweeping their matches. Bonnie Chan, Samantha Li, Carissa Chung and Joanna Lau each went 4-0 in the match. Jessica Kwok paired with Rocco Rizzo to win an important point in mixed doubles.
Curtis Li and Adrian Sin were 3-1 in the match. Sin fought through leg cramps to beat a Keppel singles player that had been undefeated in the past three finals.
Ryan Huang paired with Samantha Li to easily take two points in mixed doubles.
