Congratulations to both the Boys and Girls Varsity basketball teams on their victories Wednesday, February 5, against Los Altos High School. The girls dominated from start to finish, winning by 40. The boys had a much harder contest. This year’s team, under Coach Frierson, is the toughest we have fielded in possibly a decade. Christian Manalo, playing with numerous injuries, and Bobby Meshesha once again led the way. The game was decided on a three pointer by Bobby with 26 seconds to go. It was a great game on a really emotional night. Both programs and the Pep program honored their seniors last night. We have so many kids graduating this year so there were a lot of tears, laughs and hugs.

The Boys are currently alone in second place, with three games to go. The girls are fighting hard for third place.  Both teams travel to Diamond Ranch High School on Friday, February 7.  Hope to see you there!
