Wednesday, May 20, at the 10th Annual National Center for Women & Information Technology Summit in Newport Beach,  Nicole Chen, Claire Huang, Alice Jin and Jazmine Zhang were recipients of the 2014 NCWIT Award for Aspirations in Computing for Southern California. These stellar young ladies are being recognized for their computing-related aspirations, demonstrated outstanding aptitude and interest in information technology/computing. In addition, they were recognized for their solid leadership ability, good academic history and plans for post-secondary education. Apple awarded all winners an iPad mini, runners up received an iPod touch.
