Freshman Neil Tengbumroong spent Memorial Day weekend in Roseville, just outside Sacramento, playing in the "National Selection" Tennis Tournament. Only 32 players were selected from applicants across the nation. This is a singles and doubles tournament, with competition at the highest levels. Neil and his partner, an eighth grader, won the doubles championship in their age division, Boys 14s. National Champion! What an accomplishment!! Be sure to congratulate him.
