Brahma Tech Academy ladies recognized by National Center for Women in Information Technology (NCWIT) once again. Senior Wei An (Nicole) Chen is a state winner and national runner up. This is the second year in a row that Nicole receives these awards. Sophomore, Leslie Sim also received Affiliate Award runner up. They will be recognized at a special ceremony held at the annual NCWIT conference in the spring.

In addition to the nice prizes, a greater benefit of these awards is the opportunities offered through networking and affiliation with elite groups in the industry. Last year, Nicole received an invitation to attend a special luncheon at Google with some key people. These students are making life long connections and building an impressive Resume for their transition to college and career.
