Congratulations to DBHS cross country athlete Paul Abdo! Paul broke the school record at Mt. Sac with a time of 15:49 and came in 2^nd place at the meet. His overall personal best this season was at Cerritos with a time of 15:18. Paul ran league finals last week and placed overall 6^th, advancing to CIF Prelims which will take place on November 14^th in Riverside! Good luck to Paul as he advances to CIF.
