WEEK 23 – January 30 – February 3

Reflection:

Last Tuesday and Thursday night, I had the honor of speaking to our parents from South Pointe Middle School and Chaparral Middle School about three of our programs: International Baccalaureate (IB), Brahma Tech, and Performing Arts Academy. Special thanks to Instructional Dean Matthew Brummett, IB Coordinator Margaret Ku, Brahma Tech Coordinator Alina Gallardo and Performing Arts Academy Director Steve Acciani for presenting to over 800 middle school students! Their presentations highlighted important components of our amazing programs at Diamond Bar and helped our future Brahmas get ready for high school.

Speaking of getting ready for the next stage, over 30 students participated in the Get College Ready Conference at UCLA this weekend. Special thanks to Assistant Principal David Hong for escorting our students on this important college activity.
