WEEK 16 – December 4 – December 8

Hello Brahma Parents and Guardians,

Hope your Week 16 is off to a good start.

Last Thursday, November 30, our Wellness Center and Mrs. Sandy Davis were recognized at the California School Board Association (CSBA) awards ceremony with the prestigious Golden Bell Award! This award celebrates the tremendous work that Mrs. Davis and our Wellness Consultants are doing on our campus. An example of the great work coming out of our Wellness Center is the recent TEDx DBHS talks. Please click HERE to watch the powerful speeches our students shared.

This Wednesday, December 6, our Grade Level Coordinators (GLC) will be visiting all students to distribute 2^nd Semester class schedules. GLCs will visit English classes to pass out the schedules. Please check with your child on Wednesday night to make sure they got their 2^nd semester class schedule.

This Friday, December 8, we will host a Friends of Our Theatre (FOOT) Auction to support our Drama Program. The auction this Friday, December 8, at 7:00 p.m. in the Golden Horseshoe. We will have good food and live entertainment. There will also be a silent auction with great items to bid on. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased online at seatyourself.biz/dbhsdrama.
