We want to say a special thank you to coach Tony McCabe who has decided to retire from coaching Brahma Girls Basketball after a total of 22 years on and off. He helped start the program when DBHS opened in 1982. He coached our Boys Basketball Team for 6 years. He also coached basketball at Walnut High School when he taught there before DBHS was built. Altogether, he has coached basketball a total of 39 years. He, also, recently served as interim DBHS Athletics Director and designed our new gym floor.

 

Many of the years Mr. McCabe coached boys and girls basketball, he coached other sports. He will not be leaving us. He will continue to teach math and be our Head Coach for Boys Golf and for Girls Golf.
