WEEK 31 – April 9 – April 13
Hello Brahmas,
Welcome back from Spring Break!
I hope everyone had a relaxing vacation and is well rested to finish the last 8 weeks of school.
Today we began SBAC Testing (Math) for all 11th graders. This Wednesday, our Seniors will take the CAST (Science) test. 9th and 10th Graders will not test. Special thanks to Instructional Dean,Matthew Brummett, for coordinating our SBAC testing and for leading us through the first day of testing. Important reminder, all CAASPP tests are administered on-line and this would not be possible without our amazing Technology Coordinator, Randy Thomas, who ensures all our technology is running smoothly. We have four more days of testing and will finish our regular testing schedule on Friday, April 13.
CAASPP Testing Schedule:
- Tuesday, 4/10 - 11th Grade SBAC Math Performance Task
- Wednesday, 4/11 – 12th Grade CAST Science Test
- Thursday, 4/12 – 11th Grade SBAC English Test
- Friday, 4/13 – 11th Grade SBAC English Performance Task
IMPORTANT DATES:
- Monday, 4/9 – 4/18 Prom Pre-Sale Tickets on sale at lunch and Date Passes Due 4/18.
- Tuesday, 4/10 – 4/13 Good luck to our Varsity Colorguard Team…headed to the World Championships in Ohio! Go Brahmas!
- Friday, 4/13 – 4/21 Spring Musical “Little Mermaid” @ 7pm on 4/13. Special thanks to our Drama Director Mr. Jared Kaitz for preparing our students for a spectacular performance! Click HERE to purchase tickets and see the show times.
- Friday, 4/13 - District Duel Staff Basketball Game. Middle School Staff @ 6:30pm, and High School game 7pm. $5 pre-sale tickets (pick up at the athletic office) $8 at the door.
