Saturday, May 9, thru Sunday, May 24, several of Mr. Hamel's Studio Art students will have their work on display for judging in the 28th Annual Pomona Valley Open Juried Art Show. During set-up last weekend, the judges that saw our students art work felt that the quality was of such a high caliber that they should enter the 'Open Juried Division', rather than be in the 'Student Division'. Congratulations to Amy Nguyen, Shirley Kim, Breanna Laverde, Emily Bertrand, Emily Hung and Tiffany Su. These students will be competing against professional artists in their particular mediums.
