Congratulations to Derick Tom, Sierra League Singles Champion!! Derick defeated the top player from Glendora for the title, 6-1, 6-0!

 

Congratulations to Maiki Kitagawa and Austin Chen for being Runner-Up in doubles and qualifying for the CIF Individual tournament.

 

#1 singles seed, Philip Kozan, had to battle two opponents in the semifinals; the player from Glendora plus leg cramps and flu like symptoms in 95+ degree heat. Still, he did not quit and lost a three and one-half hour match, 6-7, 6-4, 4-6.
