DBHS Class of 2021 Students and Parents:
We are sending to you today Video Message #2 of our COLLEGE AND CAREER Video Message Series. Video Message #2 focuses on Selecting a College Major and Narrowing your Career Focus. Since we are not able to meet in person, it is even more important for students and parents to take “ownership and responsibility” in educating themselves on the COLLEGE AND CAREER preparation process. We believe that these Video Messages will be very helpful and provide detailed instructions on each of the Topics. After each Video Message is published, we will post it to the Class of 2021 Webpage along with accompanying PowerPoints and supporting Documents. Please enjoy and please “own” this and educate yourself on this exciting journey we are about to start…Your future College and/or Career Planning.

GRADUATION DAY!
As our graduates drive through the campus parking lot Thursday, May 28, 2020, they are taking photos, collecting awards and being greeted by school staff. In addition, they are listening to this recording of "Pomp & Circumstance" played by students in their homes and then assembled into this video and audio montage by DBHS Performing Arts Academy instructor Aki Nishiguchi.
We start off Graduation Week with a roll call of the Class of 2020. Their 714 names are now scrolling on our marquee over a period of 50 minutes, each name appearing for 3 seconds. This video will allow you to take a screen shot of your favorite graduate's name. It might make for a good Facebook profile picture or ZOOM background. Looking forward to the week's festivities. Congratulations seniors!
