Animation includes the cultural history of animation as a storytelling medium of communication. Students will learn various techniques in creating motion through animation through creative and writing scripts for projects and produce animation films. Students will learn about the elements and principles of art by analyzing and evaluating professional animation work. They will develop critical thinking skills with multiple research projects. Students will have the opportunity to research and present career opportunities in the creative industry. (Visual Arts/Elective) (UC/CSU “F”)
