Keith Adam Van Horn is a former professional basketball player. Van Horn graduated from Diamond Bar High School and played for the University of Utah. In his professional career, he played for the New Jersey Nets, the Philadelphia 76ers, the New York Knicks, the Milwaukee Bucks and the Dallas Mavericks.
